Purpose:
fixed value shunt is used to expand the main technical parameters of the measuring current range of the instrument
1. Accuracy grade: 0.5
2. Environmental conditions: -40~+60℃, relative temperature ≤95% (35℃)
3. Mechanical resistance performance: It can withstand transportation shocks with an acceleration of seconds and an impact frequency of 80 to 120 times per minute for 6 hours.
4. Overload performance: 120% of rated current, 2 hours.
5. Voltage drop: 75mV.
6. Heating under load: After the temperature rise becomes stable, the rated current below 50A does not exceed 80°C; the rated current above 50A does not exceed 120°C
working principle
1.Real shunt resistor, very small resistance When DC is passed, generate voltage for display DC current.
2.DC current real voltmeter full degree 75 mV. DC ammeter shunt use together.
For example
shunt resistance of 100A ammeter 0.00075 ohms, that is 100A * 0.00075 ohms = 75 mV;
shunt resistance 50A ammeter 0.0015 ohm, 50A * 0.0015 ohm = 75mV.
