Can be used as a high-power LED driver module.

Charging indicator: red light when charging, green light when fully charged. The turning lamp detection method is electric current. When the solar panel is used for power supply, the charging current during solar hours is also very small, which is lower than the current of the rotating lamp, and the green light will also be on, but it is not fully charged at this time. The charging current can be seen more directly with the charged meter head.

Note: The current detection of the module is low-end detection, please do not short-circuit the negative pole of the input and the negative pole of the output directly with a wire!
Application scope:

Method of setting voltage, current and turning light: (please see the description above)
If the module has no output voltage, please turn the MPPT setting potentiometer clockwise to have voltage output.
1. Set the output voltage: According to the float voltage value of the battery you want to charge, or the voltage value of the LED after series or parallel connection, adjust the constant voltage potentiometer (CV) to set the output voltage to the required voltage. (Without load)
2. Set the lamp current indication: After setting the output voltage, adjust the CC potentiometer counterclockwise for about 20 turns, use a multimeter to short-circuit the output at 20A current level, adjust the CC potentiometer to the current you need to turn the lamp, and then adjust the switch Adjust the light electric potentiometer until the green light just turns on.
3. Set the constant current value: After adjusting the turning lamp current, the 20A current range of the multimeter is still short-circuited output, ( the direct wire with voltage and ammeter short-circuit output can be used ) adjust the CC potentiometer to the current value you need to set. ( When the output current is set by the short-circuit method, the actual charging current will be smaller than the short-circuit setting current. It should be that the battery has a residual voltage. If you want to set an accurate charging current, please use the discharged battery to connect to the output Then set the output current.)
Note: When setting the constant current, the voltage must be higher than 1.25V, otherwise the constant current function will be invalid.
4. Set the MPPT voltage value:
A. The method of setting with adjustable stabilized power supply: adjust the adjustable stabilized power supply to the voltage value to be set (such as 18V), and the output is not connected to the load. When the module has an output voltage, adjust the MPPT counterclockwise Set the potentiometer to the critical point where the output voltage just drops.
B. The method of direct setting with solar panels: the input is directly connected to the solar panel, the output voltage is set according to the load, part of the light shining on the solar panel is blocked, and the output is connected to the load. The multimeter measures the output voltage of the solar panel (with a voltmeter cut to the input voltage display), and adjust the MPPT potentiometer until the solar panel voltage reaches the high-power point voltage. (The actual solar panel. The high-power point voltage will be lower than the nominal voltage. For example, for an 18V solar panel, the high-power point will be around 17.5V. )
You can also adjust the MPPT value by measuring the output current, and connect the multimeter's current gear in series between the output and the load (with the meter head can be switched to the current display), to adjust the MPPT potentiometer to the maximum value of the output current.
Note: When using solar panels to directly adjust the MPPT value, if the power emitted by the solar panel is greater than the load power, please block part of the light shining on the solar panel first to reduce the power of the solar panel so that the MPPT value can be adjusted.
When the MPPT value is adjusted to the solar panel. The charging current at the high power point is 1.651A, which nearly doubles the charging current, and the effect is quite obvious.
The same charging parameters can reduce the size of the solar panel, and the same solar panel can speed up the charging speed. This effect is very useful whether it is a factory or an individual.
